What you type or tap on our site: your first name, phone number, the best time to reach you, and answers about your loved one's needs, location, timing and payment options.
Basic site usage data, such as pages viewed and device type, so we can improve the site.

How we use it

To call or text you about your senior living search.
To recommend care homes that fit your family.
To share your loved one's details only with the homes you approve by name, so they can confirm availability and pricing.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with marketers or lead-buying websites.

Text messages

When you send us your number, you agree that we can call or text you about your search. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

How we protect it

Your information is stored with secure, access-controlled service providers and is seen only by our advisors. We keep it only as long as we need it to help your family, or as the law requires.
