Questions families ask us
Is it really free?
Yes. The care home your family chooses pays us a referral fee. It doesn't change your monthly price, and we tell you exactly how it works in writing.
How fast can you help?
We text you within 5 minutes, 8am to 8pm. If your loved one is leaving the hospital, we can usually have options within 48 hours.
Do you work with Medi-Cal or VA benefits?
Yes. We'll walk you through VA Aid and Attendance and the Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver, and point you to homes that accept them.
Will a bunch of places start calling me?
No. We only share your loved one's information with the homes you approve by name, usually 3 to 5. One of us is your contact from the first call to move-in day.
Do you only show homes that pay you?
We only recommend state-licensed homes, and we check each one's inspection record first. If the best fit doesn't work with us, we'll still tell you about it.
