What we actually do for you
- Listen first. We ask about care needs, memory, money, location and what your parent enjoys.
- Narrow it down. We know the homes around Fresno, from big assisted living communities to six bed board and care homes on quiet streets.
- Check the record. We only work with state licensed homes, and we read each home's inspection history on the state's site before we suggest it.
- Get real prices. Not "starting at." What your parent would actually pay for their care level.
- Tour with you. One of us walks through each home with you and asks the questions you might not think of.
- Help with move-in. Paperwork, the doctor's form, timing and what to pack.
How fast can this happen?

Once you pick a home, move-in mostly depends on paperwork. The home needs a recent medical assessment from your parent's doctor, with TB test results. Some families go from first call to move-in within a week. Others plan for a few months. Either is fine.
How it works, step by step
- Tell us what's going on. Call, text or use the care match on our site. A few minutes is plenty to get started.
- Get your shortlist. We send 3 to 5 licensed homes with prices, care levels and notes on their inspection history.
- Tour. We set up the visits and go with you. Bring your parent if you can.
- Choose. No pressure. If none of them feel right, we keep looking.
- Move in. We help with forms, timing and the first week.

What to have ready when you call
You don't need everything figured out. But these details help us find the right fit faster:
- What help your parent needs each day: bathing, dressing, meds, walking, using the bathroom.
- Any memory problems, wandering or changes in behavior.
- Recent hospital stays or falls.
- A rough monthly budget and how you plan to pay: savings, pension, a home sale, VA benefits or long-term care insurance.
- Where you want them. Near you in Clovis, close to family in Visalia, and so on.
- Who makes decisions, and whether there's a power of attorney.
What does it cost you?
Nothing. The home your family picks pays us a referral fee. It doesn't change your monthly price, and we'll put that in writing. We never sell your info to call centers, and we only share your parent's details with homes you approve by name.

Who we are
We're Shaun and Nick, two local guys and equal partners with 40+ years between us in Fresno. Nick is a former police officer who worked at Community Regional, and Shaun owned licensed treatment centers here in the Valley. When you call, you get one of us, not a call center.
