We help Central Valley families find the right care, and we do it the way we’d want done for our own parents.

For licensed care homes

  • We bring families who have been screened for care needs, budget and timing.
  • We tour with every family and help with move-in paperwork.
  • Every referral is covered by a written agreement signed before we send a family. You pay only after a move-in.
  • We only refer to licensed homes, and only when the home can meet the resident’s needs.
  • Small six-bed homes welcome. Most of our families want them.

For discharge planners and social workers

Call or text us and we call back within 15 minutes, 8am to 8pm. We handle the legwork with the family, find openings, and keep you updated. Our help is free to families. We never offer gifts or payment for referrals.

For attorneys, financial advisors and realtors

Your clients' parents often need help at the same moment your clients need you. We help the family find care, and we send families who need legal, financial or real estate help back to trusted local professionals.

Common questions

How do care homes pay CalValley?

Care homes pay a referral fee only after a family moves in, under a written agreement signed before any referral. Families never pay us.

Do you take fees on Medi-Cal placements?

No. We help Medi-Cal and Assisted Living Waiver families for free and don’t accept referral fees on those placements.
